Where is the store based?
PA LUXE Collection is located in Lauderdale Lakes FL. You can purchase your hair, lashes as well as our hair pins on our website

When will you restock on your items?
Lashes and hair pins are kept in stock WE DO NOT KEEP HAIR IN STOCK.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges.
All sales final!

Returns: PA LUXE Collection must be at fault to accept returns.
Ex: Wrong Texture, Length, Lashes Style
All items must be returned to PA LUXE Collection Within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $9.00, and a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Once the item is returned and received from PA LUXE Collection your refund will be processed.

International Shipping
All International customers packages may require additional processing time. PA LUXE Collection is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.

PLEASE NOTE: If any PA LUXE Collection purchases made at paluxecollection.com is returned to PA LUXE Collection due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

•3-6 day International Shipping: $45 (Express)
•6-10 day International Shipping: $25 (Standard)

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order? Lashes Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase MON-FRI). The fact that we don’t keep hair in stock the processing time for your hair is 3-4 business days and 2-5 day to ship.

Some orders are processed within 48 business hours to verify physical address and payment method. (MON-FRI).

*During any major sales or promotions processing time is 3-5 business days (MON-FRI).
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and takes approximately 2-5 business days excluding processing time depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. (MON-FRI).
(USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express).

What forms of payment do you take?
We gladly accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you decide to not checkout via Pay Pal your processing time will be extended 2 business days.

What grade of hair do you sale?
We do not go by hair grades. It is 100% steamed processed virgin hair, meaning we only use steam to create our different hair patterns and NO CHEMICALS. The hair can last up to a year with the proper care and maintenance.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, you will be charged a processing and handling fee of $9.00 and a 15% restocking fee.

After 24 hours no changes or cancellations can be made to your order. It goes through processing and then it is shipped, please double check your order before checking out.
To cancel your order please email us with your order number.

NOTE: SOME ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED BEFORE THE PROCESSING TIME IS COMPLETE.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. PA LUXE Collection is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a refund minus a restocking fee of 15% and a handling fee of $9.00 for the amount of your order. Original Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
